Mô hình chuyển đổi có giá VND 2,499 tỷ (106.000 USD), cao hơn khoảng 300 triệu (13.000 đô la) so với mô hình tiêu chuẩn.
Vinfast nói rằng VF 8 Convertible sẽ có sẵn để bán tại Việt Nam vào quý ba năm 2023. Vẫn chưa rõ liệu mô hình sẽ được xuất khẩu sang các thị trường khác.
