**Coinbase**, the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the United States, has hired Brett Tejpaul, a veteran of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), to lead its enterprise products business.
Tejpaul joins Coinbase from the NYSE, where he served as Head of Global Listings and Chief Commercial Officer. In his new role, he will be responsible for developing and executing Coinbase's strategy for enterprise products, which include cryptocurrency trading and custody solutions for institutional investors.
"Brett is a proven leader with deep experience in the financial services industry," said Brian Armstrong, CEO of Coinbase. "He is a great addition to our team and will be instrumental in helping us grow our enterprise business."
