Rolls-Royce Cullinan, một chiếc SUV sang trọng trị giá hơn 40 tỷ VND tại Việt Nam, gần đây đã được chính quyền triệu tập vì đèn hậu quá tối.
Theo thông báo của Sở Cảnh sát Giao thông Hà Nội, Rolls-Royce Cullinan (biển số 30F-075.65) đã được triệu tập vào ngày 15 tháng 2 năm 2023 vì vi phạm Điều 53 của Luật giao thông đường bộ 2008.
Điều 53 nói rằng "phương tiện phải có đèn đáp ứng các yêu cầu của các quy định kỹ thuật trên xe đường bộ".Đặc biệt, đèn hậu phải có màu đỏ, với cường độ ánh sáng ít nhất 11 nandela mỗi mét vuông ".
Chính quyền nói rằng các đèn hậu của Rolls-Royce Cullinan không đủ sáng, điều này có thể gây nguy hiểm cho những người sử dụng đường khác.Chủ sở hữu xe đã bị phạt 800.000 VND và được lệnh khắc phục sự cố.
Đây không phải là lần đầu tiên Rolls-Royce Cullinan gặp rắc rối với luật pháp tại Việt Nam.Năm 2021, một Cullinan Rolls-Royce cũng được triệu tập vì vi phạm quy định tương tự.
Giá cao của Rolls-Royce Cullinan làm cho nó trở thành mục tiêu cho cảnh sát giao thông tại Việt Nam.Tuy nhiên, điều quan trọng cần lưu ý là tất cả các phương tiện, bất kể giá cả, phải tuân thủ luật giao thông.

Rolls-Royce Cullinan, a luxury SUV worth more than 40 billion VND in Vietnam, was recently summoned by the authorities because the taillights were too dark.
According to the notice of the Hanoi Traffic Police Department, Rolls-Royce Cullinan (license plate 30F-075.65) was summoned on February 15, 2023 for violating Article 53 of the Road Traffic Law 2008.
Article 53 states that "vehicles must have lights that meet the requirements of the technical regulations on road vehicles". In particular, the taillights must be "red in color, with a light intensity of at least 11 candela per square meter".
