**South Korean IT giant Samsung SDS has announced a pilot project for a blockchain-based medical insurance network. The company is working with the Korea Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service (HIRA) and the Korea Blockchain Association to develop the network, which is expected to go live in 2023.**
