Mitsubishi Motors Việt Nam (MMV) đã công bố thu hồi 612 đơn vị của mô hình Triton GLS 4x2 MT do rò rỉ nhiên liệu tiềm ẩn.Các phương tiện bị ảnh hưởng được sản xuất từ tháng 2 năm 2022 đến tháng 3 năm 2022.
Theo MMV, rò rỉ nhiên liệu có thể xảy ra do khiếm khuyết sản xuất trong bình nhiên liệu.Khiếm khuyết này có thể khiến bình nhiên liệu bị vỡ, có thể dẫn đến một đám cháy.
MMV đang yêu cầu chủ sở hữu của các phương tiện bị ảnh hưởng để đưa phương tiện của họ đến một đại lý Mitsubishi để kiểm tra và sửa chữa.Việc sửa chữa sẽ miễn phí.
Việc thu hồi đang được thực hiện theo các quy định của luật bảo vệ người tiêu dùng Việt Nam.

According to MMV, the fuel leak may occur due to a manufacturing defect in the fuel tank. This defect could cause the fuel tank to rupture, which could lead to a fire.
MMV is asking owners of the affected vehicles to bring their vehicles to a Mitsubishi dealer for inspection and repair. The repair will be free of charge.
The recall is being carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Vietnamese Consumer Protection Law.
