Tốc độ Internet chậm đã gây ra vấn đề cho các doanh nghiệp và cá nhân.Nhiều doanh nghiệp đã không thể thực hiện các giao dịch trực tuyến hoặc cung cấp dịch vụ trực tuyến, trong khi sinh viên không thể tham gia các lớp học trực tuyến.Tốc độ internet chậm cũng khiến mọi người khó kết nối với bạn bè và gia đình.
