Kia Motors America has recalled nearly 380,000 vehicles in the United States due to a fire risk. The recall includes the 2013-2016 Kia Sorento, the 2014-2016 Kia Sportage, and the 2012-2016 Kia Optima.
The problem is with the engine control unit (ECU). In some cases, the ECU may overheat and catch fire. This can happen when the vehicle is idling or driving at low speeds.
